Communication
We insist on a Discovery Meeting with our clients to better understand their goals and needs in order to ensure better service. We take the time to learn more about you and your target audience. One of the most important aspects of web development is in the user's experience. A website is a visual extension to an organization and it is our job to strengthen the corporate brand identity as perceived by not only our clients but also, more importantly, by their target audience.
Planning
Planning is the phase in which we form a strategy to translate our client's needs into the web development objectives. We define the scope and establish milestones aimed towards creating an appealing site catering to a given target audience. Our goal is to map a site that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also enticing and interesting enough to encourage repeat viewers.
Development
A solid understanding of the client's needs and objectives will allow us to set the web development goals into a plan of action. Initial designs are created and posted for client feedback. Once the final design is selected the work is then shifted to the web developers to begin the coding process. Our team will recommend the best coding language to use to ensure greater accessibility, decrease bandwidth, produce faster download times, and enhance the overall user experience
Testing
Once the site is created, it is not yet complete until we go through extensive testing and trouble-shooting making sure every link, every table, every component is operational and functioning as it should be.
Launching
When we are satisfied with the functionality and development of the site, we deliver it to our clients' for final approval. Once we have received the final approval from our client we are ready to launch the site and post it live for all to access.
Maintenance
Our involvement does not end simply because a project has been launched. INA Brains offers monthly maintenance plans that include technical support and contextual or structural updates as requested by client.
